Local craft beers and ciders have been carefully curated to enhance the eating experience, making Little Donkey a place where customers leave craving more.

IN-DEPTH TRAINING AND COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT 

We provide full training to master both behind and in-front of the counter. You will learn all areas of the business from Operations, Accounting, Food Costing, Inventory, Labor Costing, Human Resources, and Customer Service. We spend 3 weeks supporting in house training, with 2-3 weeks at your franchised location.

 

 

ESTABLISHED DIGITAL MARKETING & PROMOTIONS

Little Donkey identifies 3 main areas of Marketing
a) SOCIAL MEDIA – best use of marketing resources to get the word out about the brand and the
store. Ever evolving in this landscape with multiple posts regarding customer experiences,
recommendations, specials, and of course. We beleive in pictures, pictures, pictures.
b) BRAND STANDARD – Consistent experience of food and customer service at the highest level of
performance to create buzz and word of mouth dialogues. Creating positives experiences will
guarantee repeatable customer visits.
c) COMMUNITY ORIENTATED – Broadcasting a wide community net to track attention to the store
by getting involved in local events. Sponsorship of Charitable or sporting events greatly
increases store location and brand awareness.
 

QUALITY FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

The greatest strength to Little Donkey is its proven systems and recipe for success. The constant and consistent quality of food and customer service is paramount to our store image and the brand. Further emphasis is given to hiring and retaining the right staff. We want to ensure our franchise partners are utilizing our corporate network and its 30 plus years of restaurant knowledge and franchise experience.

APPLYING FOR A FRANCHISE 

To help you determine if Little Donkey is the right opportunity ofr you, we’ve provided some of the basic numbers you should be aware of before applying.

Initial Franchise Fee: $20,000 CAD

Training Fee: $10,000

Liquid Capital Required: $60,000 – $100,000

Average Store Build Out: $150,000 – $400,000

Monthly Royalty – 6%

Monthly Brand Advertising Fee – 3%
